Night Watch Commanders

Lieutenant Mike Short and Lieutenant Mona Whaley are currently the Visalia Police Department's Night Watch Commanders. The role of the Night Watch Commanders is to provide supervision and resources during the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Sunday through Saturday.
