Can you give your feedback on housing needs and resource gaps?

The City of Visalia is seeking public input for eligible Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) activities-based on community needs and housing resource gaps.

"Public and stakeholder input is critical to developing priorities and goals for the use of PLHA funds," shares Margie Perez, Housing Specialist, City of Visalia. "Eligible activities that may be funded with PLHA funds include Affordable Rental Housing, Emergency Shelters, Homebuyer Assistance, Tenant-Based Rental Assistance, and Rapid Rehousing Assistance."
