The City of Visalia is currently seeking input on identifying funding priority goals for the next 5-year (FY 2025/2026 – FY 2029/2030) Consolidated Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds.
Community organizations and members of the public are encouraged to participate in providing feedback and input in the development of the next 5-year Consolidated Plan by participating in a survey.
Please find survey links below and attached. Survey’s will be open from Friday, July 12th – Friday August 2nd. Consolidated Plan public hearings and community in-person and virtual meetings will follow.
