The Visalia City Council generally meets the first and third Monday of each month at 4 p.m. for a Work Session and 7 p.m. for the regular session. Meetings are normally held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 707 W. Acequia, Visalia, CA 93291. Public Comment
The City Council welcomes participation at Council Meetings. Members of the public may address the Council on any item of interest to the public that is scheduled on the Agenda. There is a portion of the council meeting devoted to public comment. This is an opportunity for the members of the public to address the City Council on any matter within the City Council's jurisdiction that is not listed on the Agenda. In fairness to all who wish to speak, each speaker from the public is generally allowed three minutes.
