I have a complaint on uncollected trash, who do I contact?

Please call the Customer Care Center at 559-713-4499.  The reason your trash was not picked up will be determined and if it was just simply missed every effort will be made to collect your trash as quickly as possible.  If there was a reason your trash was not picked up (contamination, blocked access, etc.), you will be required to correct the condition before your trash will be picked up, and additional fees may apply.
