Fleet Maintenance & Management

This fleet team provides everything needed to keep all City vehicles and equipment running at peak performance.

While it takes many things to keep the city running; some key duties are:

• Providing regular maintenance services to all vehicles and equipment in the City's fleet.
• Management of the City's Pool Vehicle Program to assure that City vehicles are fully utilized and to ensure vehicle availability.
• Maintaining safe, efficient and reliable City refueling sites and managing the regulatory requirements and compliance of the City's fueling system. Managing commercial refueling contracts.
• Optimizing repair turn-around times by stocking a full Parts Department with a fully integrated bar code inventory system.
