Dump on Us Voucher Program
Visalia residents now have more flexibility for disposing of unwanted items with the new Dump On Us Voucher Program. In addition to the annual Dump On Us events, residents can receive up to two landfill vouchers per household per calendar year.
Program Overview:
Two (2) vouchers per household per year
• Available to residential accounts only.
• Proof of eligibility required (ID or utility bill with a name that matches the account address).
Voucher Usage
• Valid on any County landfill open day, except blackout dates (check the City of Visalia website or voucher for specific blackout dates).
• No commercial vehicles, box trucks, or moving vans allowed (same restrictions as Dump On Us events).
Pick-Up Location
• Vouchers can be picked up at City Hall West:707 W Acequia Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291
2025 Dump On Us Event Dates:
Take advantage of our free dumping events throughout the year! Here are the scheduled dates for 2025:
• February 22
• May 17
• August 16
• November 15
Vehicle Restrictions:
To ensure smooth operation and compliance, the following vehicles are not allowed to use vouchers or participate in events:
• Commercial vehicles
• Box trucks
• Moving vans
