RFB 24-25-44 Construct Visalia Civic Center, Phase2                                                           Deadline Extended to: 04/10/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                  The City of Visalia is seeking bids from pre-qualified contractors for the Construction of Visalia Civic Center, Phase 2.  Only Contractors listed on the Notice are eligible to submit a bid as Prime Contractor.  This public works project will be subject to all applicable State Wage Determinations, registration with the DIR, and other State requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.  For more information click here.

RFB 23-24-43 Repair Services for Compressed Air & Shop Lube System Equipment                   Deadline: 03/20/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                   The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified vendors for repair services of existing compressed air and shop lube system equipment for the Fleet Division on an as needed basis. The initial contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City’s option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. RFB 24-25-42 Valley Strong Ballpark Outfield Fence & Batter's Eye Replacement Project          Deadline: 03/25/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                      The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all tools, supplies, labor, and services necessary to perform and complete the work in strict conformance with the approved Plans, Standard Specifications, Construction Specifications and other Contract Documents for the Valley Strong Ballpark Outfield Fence & Batter's Eye replacement Project. RFB 23-24-18 Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation (Demaree-Cotta)                     Deadline: 04/01/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                            The City of Visalia is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish materials, supplies, equipment and labor to perform the work as specified in the approved Plans, Standard Specifications, Construction Specifications and other Contract Documents for the Tulare Avenue Major Street Rehabilitation Project.  This project is supported, in whole or in part, by Federal Award Number: STPL-5044(134), awarded to City of Visalia by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) administered by Caltrans.  This is a public works project, subject to prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.  For more information click here.

RFP 24-25-20 Housing Loan Servicing                                                                                    Deadline: 04/09/2025 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                  The City of Visalia is requesting a detailed proposal from a company, firm, or corporation with experience in loan portfolio management, underwriting, monitoring and other loan program services for the City of Visalia's Affordable Housing Programs.  It is expected that the contract awarded will be a five-year contract, effective 07/01/2025 through 06/30/2030.  Approximately 10 to 20 new loans are provided per year.  For more information click here.
