RFB 23-24-33 Annual Contract for Landscape Maintenance of City Facilities                      Deadline: 11/21/2024 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                    The City of Visalia is requesting bids for landscape maintenance of City Facilities.  This public works contract is for the maintenance of approximately 1,020,346.98 sq. ft. (23.424 acres).  Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls.  For more information click here.

RFB 23-24-22 Supply & Delivery of Street Name Signs                                                                Deadline: 12/03/2024 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                    The City of Visalia is soliciting Bids for the designing, fabricating and shipping of approximately 950 street name signs annually for the Public Work's Traffic Division.  The initial contract shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods.  Bids are sought from contractors who have a proven record of experience in providing the services required by this Invitation to Bid. RFQ 23-24-04 Material Testing Services - Annual Contract                                                        Deadline: 12/04/2024 @ 2:00pm                                                                                                    The City of Visalia is requesting qualifications from certified laboratories for material testing services as follows:

A) To establish a list of up to five (5) Consultants who are qualified and certified to provide material testing services for various Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) throughout the year on an On-Call as-needed basis (Rotational), and;

B) To hire one of the selected consultants to provide Acceptance Testing (AT) services for the outlined project scope through a mini-proposal submitted along with this RFQ solicitation, and;

C) To hire one of the selected consultants to provide Independent Assurance verification of the AT services provided for the outlined project scope per the City of Visalia Quality Assurance Program manual through a mini-proposal submitted along with this RFQ solicitation.

This will result in public works contracts and Contractors will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls.  For more information click here.
