The scope of work for the Houston Roundabout Landscaping project includes, grading and earthwork of the site, irrigation improvements, drought tolerant planting improvements, and installation of concrete curb and a rip-rap inlaid city staff maintenance path.

The project features a rip-rap lined maintenance path for City maintenance staff to access existing storm drain and sewer utilities, concrete retaining curbs lining the maintenance path, strategically placed rip-rap around the perimeter of the roundabout, and strategically placed boulders to mitigate oncoming traffic, installation of irrigation, and drought tolerant landscaping.
