All animals over 4 months of age and residing in the City of Visalia are required to be licensed with Animal Services.
A Business Tax Certificate from the City of Visalia is required prior to conducting any business, trade, or profession in the City of Visalia.
A Home Occupation Permit is required by the City of Visalia for any business that will operate out of a home.

A block of parking spaces are available for “RESERVED Parking” on the 3rd floor of the West Acequia Parking Structure. The spaces can be reserved in 3 month increments at a cost of $75.00 per space. Contact Abraham Folk at (559) 713-4339 for more information.

Special Events Application Any organized activity involving the use of or having an impact on public property – public parks and facilities, streets, sidewalks or any other public right of way.

Valley Oak Tree Removal Application The City's Valley Oak Ordinance establishes policies for the care, trimming and removal of Valley Oaks. Residents and developers are required to ensure the protection of these magnificent trees and must obtain permission to remove or prune Valley Oaks.
