Each year since the 1970’s, the City of Visalia has conducted a survey to gauge the sentiments and opinions of citizens.
The 2023 Public Opinion Survey is now available through March 24.
The 2023 Public Opinion Survey is open to all residents as an opportunity to provide feedback and help shape the future of our community. It can be completed in English or Spanish through the links below or through a physical survey form that can be picked up and returned at a variety of City of Visalia buildings such as:
These City of Visalia buildings will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. If residents need a physical survey form sent to them directly, they can request a mail-in survey by calling (559) 713-4535 or emailing [email protected].
For questions or for more information on the 2022 Public Opinion Survey, contact CAC staff representatives Jason Serpa, Public Works Manager, at (559) 713-4533 or [email protected] or Lt. Luma Fahoum, Police Department, at (559) 713-4103 or [email protected].
The City of Visalia annual Public Opinion Survey includes questions on service contact with Visalia Fire and Police Departments and asks respondents to rate a variety of other City services ranging from road maintenance to recycling collection.
The bulk of the survey may seem familiar to those who have completed past City of Visalia public opinion surveys. By design, much of the survey remains unchanged from year to year to better measure trends and changes in public opinion.
