The Visalia City Council will hold a Special Meeting tonight, Tuesday, April 23 at 5:15 p.m.

The meeting has one matter for Council review on the agenda, a Public Hearing of an interim Ordinance No. 2024-05, related to the regulation of location and operations of massage establishments.

The agenda also includes a Public Comment period before the meeting is adjourned.
