On behalf of the Visalia Fire Department, I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our website to find out more about your fire department. The Visalia Fire Department's purpose is meeting the emergency and non-emergency needs of our community. Our fire prevention, fire code enforcement, and property maintenance efforts work to prevent risk to the community while our emergency operations are continuously preparing to mitigate various fire, medical, hazardous material, and rescue emergencies.

The Visalia Fire Department recognizes the importance of evolving with the changing needs of community and is committed to continuous improvement in order to meet those needs. It is an honor to commit one's life to public service, and I am humbled to serve alongside a dedicated group of public servants who take great pride in serving the citizens of Visalia and our visitors.
